A Day in the Life of a Realtor | Coffee Shop Work Session
Today I'm starting my workday at one of my favorite local coffee shops. As a realtor, my office isn't always a traditional office—sometimes the best place to work is wherever I can stay productive and connected with my clients.
The first thing I do is review new property listings, check market updates, and respond to emails and text messages from buyers and sellers. The real estate market moves quickly, so staying on top of new opportunities is essential.
While enjoying my coffee, I also prepare for upcoming property showings, schedule appointments, and help clients understand the home-buying and selling process. Every conversation is different because every client has unique goals, whether they're purchasing their first home, upgrading, downsizing, or investing.
One of the things I enjoy most about working remotely is the flexibility to meet clients where it's convenient for them. A coffee shop is often a great place to discuss financing options, review listings together, or simply answer questions before we head out to tour homes.
Behind every successful real estate transaction are countless phone calls, emails, negotiations, and careful planning. Much of that work happens right here with my laptop, a notebook, and a good cup of coffee.
Thanks for spending part of my day with me! If you're thinking about buying, selling, or investing in real estate, feel free to reach out. I'd be happy to help guide you through the process.
